"Partner with Francis" Listening Session!

Friday, June 16th: "Partner with Francis" Listening Session

Young Adults Invited to Offer Input About Church!

Pope Francis has requested that all young adults (ages 16-35) offer feedback on the role of the Church in their lives, especially in discerning their vocation in life. The results of this conversation will be submitted by the Diocese of Scranton to the upcoming Synod of Bishops.

St. Matthew's Parish will host a listening session on Friday, June 16th, from 6:30-8pm. Food will be served. Join us in helping shape the future of the Church!

"Dear young people, we didn't come into this world to 'vegetate', to take it easy, to make our lives a comfortable sofa to fall asleep on. No, we came for another reason: to leave a mark... Jesus is inviting you, calling you, to leave your mark on life, to leave a mark on history, your own and that of many others as well."

                             -Pope Francis
